Description

Estate grown on the Dealul Tiganului (Gypsey Hill) cru of our Recas vineyard, this wine is crafted from our oldest and best vineyards, hand picked and then attently made into wine by Nora Iriate (Navara) our long time head winemaker. The wines are made individually and then blended by Nora to give a rich and complex red wine, with juicey forest fruits typical of famous Romanian variety Feteasca Neagra, smooth tannins the Merlot and a long finish and structure from the Cabernet Franc.

Serve at around 17°C with oriental meat dishes such as beef rendang, or with good selection of fine cheeses.
