Dealu Mare - DOC-CMD
Known as one of Dracula's girlfriends, Bright Maiden was very young. She looked like an angel descended to earth, tormenting the Count with her innocence and kindness. Her grace, bright spirit and desire to help others captivated the Dark Count of Transylvania, who seduced her in a romantic adventure that brought her to an end.
Pleasant aromas of ripe pears and melon, with a taste of freshly picked juicy pears. Balanced structure, with a long and intense aftertaste. Excellent with fresh cheeses, seafood pasta and light salads.
The grapes are harvested at their full potential so that wine gains intense aromas and mineral properties. It is fermented at about
14°C for two weeks. The lower temperature helps to preserve the tipicity of the variety.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C.
