Arome frumoase, curate, ce merg catre profilul de Sauvignon Blanc,
mineral-citrice, cu subtonuri de corcoduse coapte si talpa de pâine.
Gustul este foarte acid, cu cârcei de vita de vie in atac,
devenind vegetal pe tot parcursul gustativ.
Pe final aceasta aciditate devine tot mai evidenta.
Este vinul alb specific podgoriei Minişului, galben verzui la culoare, cu aroma specifică de citrice. La gust este acid, fructuos, proaspăt şi răcoros ca roua dimineţii. Un vin lejer de băut, cu arome primare bine păstrate, curate şi cu o aciditate revigorantă, datorită restului de dioxid de carbon. Nu este un vin complicat, ci unul simplu, “spune din prima” ce are de oferit. Se serveşte ca aperitiv sau alături de preparate din peşte sau pui la tavă, la 10-12 grade.
It's the typical white wine of Minis vineyard's, greenish yellow in color, with specific citrus flavor. At the taste is acid, fruitful, fresh and cool. Casual wine drinking, with well kept primary flavors clean and with a refreshing acidity thanks for the rest of carbon dioxide. It's a simple wine, which "says the first" what has it to offer. It serves as aperitif or alongside fish or cooked chicken platter at 10-12 degrees.
