The products which you find at "LAUTARUL" are delivered via the parcel service DPD (Deutscher Paketdienst).
Your parcel leaves our Rastatt warehouse after 3.00pm. This way the parcel is in transit (excepting the "Island") for a maximum of 24 hours (Germany). According to our findings parcels are being delivered within 20 hours from the time they leave our warehouse. The deliveries are made by the international courier company - DPD.
A signature upon delivery is necessary therefore parcels cannot be left at the door in case no one is at home when the delivery is attempted.
Deliveries are made between 9am-6pm. Due to high volume of deliveries each day the couriers cannot call clients before they reach a destination . In case this does happen and there is no one at home another delivery attempt will be made the next working day.
Parcels are in transit less than 24 hours in Germany (excepting the "Island") where delivery is made within 2-3 working days).
We would like to point out that Lautarul OHG assumes no responsibility for the condition in which parcels/ product reach the destination after one or more failed attempts to deliver due to the fact no one was at home to provide a delivery signature. In order to avoid these situations we strongly suggest that you choose an appropriate delivery date when someone is at home to receive the parcel or, alternatively, choose a delivery address (place of work, neighbour, etc.) where there is someone present throughout the day.
At each product the delivery time is shown besides the shopping basket. This means that if your order contains a product which has a delivery time of 2 weeks and another which has the delivery time of 48 hours, the order will be delivered after 2 weeks.
"LAUTARUL" offers for each client the suited delivery option, which we would like to explain here in a few words
- "Nachnahme" means that the package is delivered to your home via the DPD. You pay the invoice value to the DPD-deliverer. Nachnahme means cash on delivery.
- "Vorkasse" means that you pay your order in advance. As soon as we receive the invoice-value on our account, your order will be sent. "Vorkasse" is the most advantageous delivery option, the additional fees for the cash on delivery service must not be paid.
- "Abholung" means that you execute your order by choosing the delivery option "Abholung". After you realize the order we prepare the order generally in the time of 48 hours. After 48 hours your order is prepared and you can come to our depository and pick up the ordered items. We recommend the delivery option "Abholung" especially for people who live in Rastatt or close to Rastatt.
Discounts at "LAUTARUL"
- At orders with a total invoice value higher than 150 €, "LAUTARUL" grants you a discount of 3% related to the invoice total.
- At orders with a total invoice value higher than 200 €, "LAUTARUL" grants you a discount of 4% related to the invoice total.
- At orders with a total invoice value higher than 250 €, "LAUTARUL" grants you a discount of 5% related to the total invoice value.

- For orders with a total invoice value up to 75 €, the delivery cost is 5,90 € for packages with a package weight up to 31,50 kg.
- For orders with a total invoice value higher than 75 €, "LAUTARUL" pays the delivery expense for you for packages with a package weight up to 31,50 kg.
- For orders with a total invoice value higher than 155 €, "LAUTARUL" pays the delivery expense for packages with a weight up to 62,99 kg

- For orders with a total invoice value up to 75 €, the delivery cost is 8,90 € for for packages with a total weight up to 31,50 kg.
- For orders with a total invoice value between 75 € and 150 €, the delivery cost is 3,00 € for packages with a toatl weight up to 31,50 kg.
- For orders with a total invoice value higher than 155 €, "LAUTARUL" pays the delivery expense for packages with a total weight up to 62,99 kg.
* For the delivery condition "Nachnahme" DPD charges you a value of 2€ which you have to pay for the cash on delivery service.
In the listed delivery conditions above we listed just the most usual delivery conditions. It would be almost impossible to list all the possible combinations of price and package weight in the list above. The exact delivery price and of your order is shown to you in the "Order confirmation" - page. Please check this before you send your order.
Delivery in countries outside Germany
- For deliveries outside Germany the delivery cost is calculated according the prices "LAUTRARUL" obtains from the parcel service DPD. To list all the prices here would go beyond the scope of this information site.
- The delivery-cost for deliveries outside Germany are shown to you on the "Order confirmation" - page (the page where you send your order to "LAUTARUL"). If you do not agree with the prices or any other topic, then you can still cancel your order at this place.
