Origin of grapes: Jirovel Farm, Jirov Village, Corcova Commune, Mehedinti County
Terrain: Brown luvic.

Harvesting period: Hand harvested September


Fermentation: Maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature,
aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Maturation: Oak barrels

Colour: Pale yellow with silver reflections


Tasting Notes: A wine with personality that reveals citric nuances as well
as a harmonious blend of buttery and almond flavours resulting in a white wine
that is overall complex. The aftertaste is pleasing, with slight hints of spice
and is a perfect companion for the best gastronomic creations.
