Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Merlot 40%
Origin of grapes: Jirovel Farm, Jirov Village, Corcova Commune, Mehedinti County
Terrain: Brown luvic.
Exposure: South
Altitude: 250 - 300 m
Density of plantation: 6.172 plants / hectare
Harvesting period: Hand harvested September

Fermentation: Maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature,
aged in French oak barrels foe 12 months.
Maturation: Oak barrels
Production: 35.000 bottles.

Serving temperature: 17-18°C
Colour: Dark Bordeaux red.

Tasting Notes: Expressive and agreeable, you will discover notes of fruits
with hints of pomegranate and delicate spices. In the mouth the wine is complex and rich
with smooth tannins. The oaked taste is discreet with a delicate vanilla taste.
It is recommended to decant this wine half an hour before serving.

Recommended dishes: Red meat, spicy food, game and cheeses.
