Description
Dealu Mare - DOC-CMD
The Dark Count of Transylvania symbolizes the legend of Dracula, the vampire who aroused the fascination of the world. Is he a creature of darkness or a nobleman doomed to eternal suffering? The beauty of the scene, in the moonlight, where Dracula and his girlfriend (Maiden) enjoy a glass of wine, hides a dark secret - the end is near, foretold by Conte and his enigmatic skull.
Dark ruby color, intense black cherries and green pepper. Full body and complex taste with firm tannins that highlight the aromas of bitter cherries and oak.
Serving temperature: 15-17° C.
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes have a slower maturity and are usually the last to be picked in our vineyard. They are picked at their optimum level of maturity. Specially selected yeast is used to extract maximum aromas and flavors. The grapes are fermented for 15 to 25 days on the skins. The wine is produced from a harvest of maximum 8 tones/hectar. After fermentation 40% of the wine is matured for 6 months in new American oak barrels.
