The Dark Count of Transylvania symbolizes the legend of Dracula, the vampire who aroused the fascination of the world. Is he a creature of darkness or a nobleman doomed to eternal suffering? The beauty of the scene, in the moonlight, where Dracula and his girlfriend (Maiden) enjoy a glass of wine, hides a dark secret - the end is near, foretold by Conte and his enigmatic skull.
Straw-yellow with greenish reflections, the wine seduces us with aromas and taste of juicy pears, with a fresh acidity and mineral accents in the aftertaste. Recommended with salads, pasta with white sauces, skewers with vegetables and chicken breast and fresh cheeses.
The grapes are harvested at their full potential so that wine gains intense aromas and mineral properties. It is fermented at about
14°C for two weeks. In the process of fermentation the wine is left on the lees applying the technique called batonaj (mixing yeasts in the wine mass to achieve structure and softness).
Serving temperature: 10-12° C.
