Description
Dealu Mare - DOC-CMD
The Dark Count of Transylvania symbolizes the legend of Dracula, the vampire who aroused the fascination of the world. Is he a creature of darkness or a nobleman doomed to eternal suffering? The beauty of the scene, in the moonlight, where Dracula and his girlfriend (Maiden) enjoy a glass of wine, hides a dark secret - the end is near, foretold by Conte and his enigmatic skull.
Straw-yellow color, with tropical fruit nose and vanilla touch. Tropical fruit flavor complemented by fine oak notes with a long, creamy finish. Ideal with quattro formaggi pasta, pan-fried seafood, fresh cheeses or chicken and vegetable dishes.
The grapes were harvested manually, in full maturity, gold and translucent, on different plots, each having a specific microclimate.
50% of this wine was fermented in American and Romanian oak barrels, thus gaining structure and elegance.
Serving temperature: 12-14° C.
