Description

Jidvei sparkling wine is produced step by step following the traditional Champenoise method, wich makes it a formidable competitor of reputed French champagnes. At Jidvei, sparkling wines is bottled, fermented, clarified, cleared and delivered in the same bottle.
This is guarantee that, from bottling to consumption, time is the only factor perfecting and ennobling the content.
Raw wine isobtained from Feteasca Regala, Italian Riesling and Pinot Gris grapes, wich are made into wine according to a special technology. Bottling, storing and periodic rotation of bottles are performed manually, with special care.
All these give to Romantine sparkling wine, either raw or medium-dry, white or rose, a fine genuine fizz and freshness worthy of true champagne.
