Description
Refreshing like white wine with the complexity of red wine. Orange wine is made by bringing the skins and seeds of the grapes into contact with the squeezed juice, creating a deep orange finish. The wine naturally ferments without the addition of yeast or other additives.
Candied apricots on the nose, slightly herbaceous with good freshness and strong structure and full body. This wine, which is produced without the addition of sulfur or other aids for viticulture, is a pure expression of the terroir and the soil of the Banat region and is ideal as an aperitif or as a side dish with food.
A mixture of Chardonnay, Feteasca Alba, Sauvignon Blanc and Tamaioasa Romanesca from sustainably managed vineyards. Fits perfectly with spicy oriental dishes like Thai Green Curries or can also be enjoyed alone.
