Sole este un vin deosebit, lucrat cu cea mai mare finete, destinat sa reprezinte tot ce acest soi poate da mai bun. Fiecare vin din gama Sole este produs intr-o cantitate strict limitata. Din acest soi s-au produs 7.500 sticle. A fost produs numai din struguri provenind din cele mai bune plaiuri viticole din regiunea Recas, - Dealul Tiganului o zona mica, dar cu renume puternic de multi ani, cu expunere exceptionala si sol calcaros.

Sole Chardonnay Barrique, DOC Recas, Dry
Medium bodied with a typical chardonnay nose, mineral and full of pear and ripe citrus. A delicate balance of fine Transylvanian oak with fresh fruit flavour, a well balanced pallet with smooth acid structure. No malolactic. Produced in a limited edition of 7500 bottles – this is our fist single vineyard wine- made from selected grapes on our ‘Deaul Tiganului’ vineyard. One of very few wines from Romania to be ever awarded a silver medal at the Brussels mondial wine competition in 2007, and highly commended at London wine competition.
