Description

Estate grown on the Dealul Tiganului (Gypsey Hill) cru of our Recas vineyard, this wine is crafted from our oldest and best vineyards, hand picked and then attently made into wine by our long time head winemakers Hartley Smithers and Nora Iriate (Navara). The wines are made individually and then blended to give a rich and complex white wine, with the floral notes distinctive of local varietal Feteasca Regala, with the peach fruit and structure of Chardonnay.

Serve well chilled around 10°C with Thai massaman curries, or Tagliatelle carbonara.
