Description

Dealu Mare - DOC-CMD

The wine was created using the wild yeasts naturally present on the grapes, out of a desire to reveal the true character of the Fetească Neagră variety. The wine is matured only in stainless steel tanks, out of the same desire to preserve the purity of the variety and the expression of the terroir.

Fetească Neagră grapes come from a vineyard located 200 meters above sea level, on chernozem, sand and gravel soils.

The wine has an intense, dark ruby ​​color with a delightful aromatic bouquet of cherries and blackberry jam. The full, fruity taste, with ripe tannins and a pleasant acidity, closes in a velvety aftertaste.

Ideal to pair with duck or pork and fine French cheeses.

Serving temperature: 14 - 16° C.
