Description

Dealu Mare - DOC-CMD

To obtain this wine, the noble Shiraz grapes were picked from the Budureasca vineyards only after they had reached full maturity.

Dark red liqueur with aromas of black fruits and coconut. The cherry and blackberry taste closes in a long and velvety finish, while the sweet tannins are excellently integrated in the amoma, which comes from the wine's partial maturation for 12 months in American oak barrels.

Ideal to pair with slightly spicy beef or pork dishes.

Serving temperature: 16 - 18° C.
