Description

Deep red, full bodied and athletic, despite the feminine notes that emanate from this wine- both in aroma and flavor. Built around a care of juicy friuts (grapes, sour cherry, cherry) and complemented by notes of spice, sweet wood and dry wood. The flavor is dominated by sweet sensations of ripe cherry and raspberry, medium length, velvety and refreshing with notes of eucalyptus.

Castel Huniade - one of the most important historical landmarks of Timisoara was built in 1447 by Ioan de Hunedoara. It is the same year when Recas vineyards were first documented in a contract where Ioan and Ecateriana Magyar purchased the vineyards from Mihail de Ciorna for 32 gold forints.
The Castle is now the home of the Banat Museum,- an impressive collection of art and artifacts from the rich history of this region, including a newly restored museum of wine, supported by Cramele Recas.
