Selectat cu grija din anii de recolta exceptionali, vinul a fost desavarsit
prin maturarea timp de 19 luni in butoaie de stejar de 300 litri urmat
de invechirea timp de 12 luni in sticla inainte de a fi lansat pe piata.
Rezultatul este un vin generos, intens colorant, corpolent cu textura
catifelata cu miros de coacaz negru si mirodenii bine echilibrate de
vanila provenita din lemnul de stejar.
Se serveste la 18° C acompaniat de carne fripta sau branza.

Carefully selected from the exceptional vintages, the wine has
been completed by 19 months maturation in 300 liters Romanian
oak barrels followed by 12 months bottle ageing before being
released on the market. The result is a deep colour wine,
generous, full bodied, velvety texture, cassis and spices focused
nose, well balanced by vanilla oak. To preserve the delicate
flavours technological intervention has been kept to minimum
therefore a light deposit on the buttom of the bottle could ba a
normal occurence.
Serve at 18° C with grilled meats or cheese.
